Started as a family company in Småland. From the start our company consisted of furnishing-, door-, and model-joinery, but in 1995 the company refined to models, prototypes, tools and fixtures for foundry and industry.

ID Modeller comes from a family company, founded in Småland, 1927. From the start our company consisted of furnishing-, door-, and model-joinery.

In 1995 the company streamlind from interior and door making to models, prototypes, tools and fixtures for foundry, plastic and automotive industry.

The industry and operations have moved from old-fashioned crafts to advanced technology. The final result is still based on personal knowledge and this through routine staff with high personal

responsibility. With consistent investment, we have built up a specialist technical expertise and efficient machinery park that today consists of., for instance, 6 pc CNC milling machines, there off 3 pc are 5-axis. Today, much is being done indirectly to the automotive industry through the manufacturing of tools that the plastic industry uses.

ID Modeller AB working with the customer in focus.

We at the company shall meet our customers requirements by use modern production with high technology, long experience and the tradition that exists within the company.

This means that we must keep a high level of service with quick delivery in right time and to right location. We shall also deliver right quality and quantity on each product to all customers.

We must, as part of our work ensure that we comply the specified requirements and continually improve our quality management system and associated customer requirements.This also means that we need to engage and motivate all employees in quality work and also create such procedures and instructions that enable and facilitate the work to meet the demands we make of our qualitypolicy.

 

Enviormental policy

ID Modeller AB will choose products and manufacturing methods that have minimal environmental impact, in order to meet environmentalpolicy. Consideration must be given to the technical and economic aspects.

We must, as part of our work comply with applicable legal and other requirements and also continuously improve the activity and by that prevent our activities affect the environment negatively.

This also means that we need to engage and motivate all employees in quality work and also create such procedures and instructions that enable and facilitate the work to meet the demands we make of our environmental policy. 

We must develop and update environmental objectives that the staff feel involved in and which we can measure and improve ourselves against.
