IP Modeller started in 1927 as a family company in Småland. From the start our company consisted of furnishing-, door-, and model-joinery, but in 1995 the company refined to models, prototypes, tools and fixtures for foundry and industry. The industry has moved from manual skills to advanced technology, but the end product is still based on personal know-how.

Plastic shaping

Our production of plastic shaping tools consist of everything from Vari-tools to complete tools with pneumatic control.

Vacuum shaping

We produce vacuumshaping tools in block-aluminium, casted aluminium and prototype tools in block-material.

Foundry models

We deliver, if the customer want us to, the foundry models mounted on machine trays with complete casting systems.

Design models

Most of the design models we produce are for the car industry.

Prototypes

When producing prototypes the delivery time is a determining factor.

Measuring

To be able to guarantee high quality of our products, they are controled in our measuring-machines and documented, before delivery.

Construction & Design

Mostly we get complete CAD models from our customers, but we can also make our own CAD-models from drawings or scanned products.
